Rosemary Garlic Salmon

Preheat oven to 400.

Combine:

  •                1 ½ T. butter, melted
  •                1 ½ T Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Brush on both sides of salmon.

Sprinkle seasonings on both sides of the fish:

  •                2 T. Rosemary Garlic Seasoning
  •                1 t. Fine Ground Black Pepper.

Place fish in shallow baking pan.

Bake or broil 8 – 12 minutes, flipping once.
