Potato Salad

  • 6-8 potatoes, peeled, chopped
  • 6 boiled and peeled eggs
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 T. mustard
  • 1/2 C. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 C. sweet relish
  • 1/2 C. vinegar or sweet pickle juice
  • salt and pepper

Boil potatoes until just tender.

Combine all ingredients, adjusting to taste.

Refrigerate several allows to cool and allow flavors to mingle.
