Potato Salad 6-8 potatoes, peeled, chopped6 boiled and peeled eggs1 large onion, chopped1 T. mustard1/2 C. mayonnaise1/2 C. sweet relish1/2 C. vinegar or sweet pickle juicesalt and pepper Boil potatoes until just tender. Combine all ingredients, adjusting to taste. Refrigerate several allows to cool and allow flavors to mingle.
