Ingredients to make 12 poppers:
- 6 medium Jalapeno peppers
- 1 8-oz pkg. cream cheese
- 6 strips uncooked bacon
Wash peppers; Slice lengthwise and remove seeds and ribs.
Stuff each half with cream cheese.
Cut bacon strips in half and wrap each half around a stuffed pepper; secure with toothpicks
Bake in shallow pan in oven at 325 until bacon is done (30-45 minutes)
OR grill until bacon is done – WATCH CLOSELY: bacon will burn easily on grill.
