Holiday Chocolate Cake

• 1 box yellow cake mix
• 1 box instant vanilla pudding
• ½ cup water
• ½ cup oil
• 3 eggs
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 pkg. sweet German Chocolate, grated
• 1 cup chopped nuts
• 1 (4-oz) pkg. chocolate chips

Bake at 350^o for 50-55 minutes in greased and floured cake pan
