Chicken Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 C. mayonnaise
  • 1 8-oz carton dairy sour cream
  • 3 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, cooked and diced
  • 1 C. diced celery
  • 1 C. seedless red or green grapes, halved or quartered
  • Salt and ground black pepper

In a small bowl stir together mayonnaise and sour cream.

In a very large bowl stir together chicken, celery, grapes, and sour cream mixture.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Cover and chill 2 to 24 hours.

Makes 8 cups ( 12-16 servings)

To serve, split Sage Biscuits (see recipe), spoon in chicken salad.
