Bacon Candy

Ingredients:

½ C. packed light brown sugar
1 ½ t. chili powder
20 slices thick-cut bacon

Preheat oven to 400.
Line 2 rimmed baking sheets with foil.
Whisk brown sugar with chili powder.
Arrange the bacon strips on the foil.
Coat tops of bacon with chili sugar.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, until caramelized and almost crisp.
Transfer bacon to a rack set over a sheet of foil to cool completely.
Serve.
