Apricot Punch

From Mildred White, Jonesborough, TN

makes 2 bowls

  • 1 can pineapple juice
  • 2 2-ltr. Sprite
  • 2 containers pineapple sherbet
  • 2 sm. pkgs. Apricot Jell-O
  • 2 C. sugar
  • 2 C. water
  • 1 bag ice

Put sugar and water in pot and heat until dissolved. Add Jell-O and stir until dissolved. Divide into 2 punch bowls.

Add 1/2 can juice, 1 bottle Sprite, and 1 container sherbet to each bowl. Add ice.
